As every business is different we tailor our service to meet your business needs. Whether you are a small start-up, a medium-sized business or a multinational, you will receive hands-on advice from one of our specialist employment lawyers. It is important that the advice you receive is practical and commercial. If you want to settle a dispute quickly, we will help you do so cost-effectively and with the minimum of fuss. If, on the other hand, you wish to defend your case, we will fight robustly on your behalf.

TESTIMONIALS

  • “The level of professionalism and expertise shown by both Choy and Lee is probably the best I have experienced during my ten tears with Asteral. They know their stuff, it is a simple as that. They will always explain things in a way that others can understand. For example, they recently ran a TUPE workshop for managers within the company which everyone found to be very enjoyable. Not only are Bracher Rawlins professional, they are very approachable and welcoming.  That goes for the person who answers the phones to the very top lawyers with in the company. I enjoy working with both Choy and Lee and we have a really great working relationship. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending Bracher Rawlins services to other professionals.”
