EMPLOYMENT LAW FOR EMPLOYEES

Employment law for employees

The average person spends 30% to 40% of their waking time at work. As a result, a dispute at work can have a huge impact on your life and be a distressing experience. We are here to help.

We offer sound legal advice and support in respect of problems at work. As we represent both employers and employees, we offer a balanced approach and an insight into how businesses deal with HR issues.

You can be reassured that if you instruct Bracher Rawlins you won’t be passed from person to person but will receive hands-on, personal advice from one of our specialist employment lawyers.

We will seek to find a swift, practical and cost effective resolution to your dispute, always with an eye on costs and the bigger picture. We will try to avoid litigation but do not shy away from it when it is necessary; our employment team regularly represents Claimants at the Employment Tribunal.

Bracher Rawlins offers affordable, personal and practical employment law advice and with the expertise you expect from a firm of City lawyers.
