ABOUT BRACHER RAWLINS

London commercial law firm

Bracher Rawlins is a commercial law practice based in Holborn, London. We help our clients achieve their objectives by providing a tailored, creative approach to solving the everyday and extraordinary challenges they face in their businesses and beyond.

Our experienced, dedicated team of partners, solicitors and consultants make a significant contribution to our clients’ legal projects, both at home and abroad.

We advise on a wide range of issues including mergers and acquisitions, litigation, real estate transactions and partnership disputes, as well as employment and bloodstock law.

History

In 1994, Alan Bracher and Simon Rawlins were partners in an established London law firm and were convinced that together they could build a new practice that would successfully compete in the London legal market. In April of that year they launched Bracher Rawlins.

The firm’s values

For the past 20 years, the firm has focused on delivering a highly personalised, 360 degree legal service that places people over profits. As a result, the practice has built a reputation for excellence among clients, staff and peers alike.

The partners value the firm’s independence and believe that this contributes to its collegiate atmosphere and in turn the loyalty it receives from its clients. The partners’ aim is to continue to grow Bracher Rawlins by advancing the careers of lawyers within the firm and building on its excellent client relationships.

Bracher Rawlins in the community

Bracher Rawlins aims to make a positive impact on more than just our clients by actively supporting a charity or cause that changes the lives of those living in our community. This year, we are supporting Rays of Sunshine Children’s Charity.

Rays of Sunshine Children’s Charity grants wishes to children in the UK with serious or life-limiting illnesses. Since 2003, the charity has fulfilled more than 4,000 wishes. It also grants hospital ward wishes and arranges events and outings for groups of seriously ill children.

  • “The level of professionalism and expertise shown by both Choy and Lee is probably the best I have experienced during my ten tears with Asteral. They know their stuff, it is a simple as that. They will always explain things in a way that others can understand. For example, they recently ran a TUPE workshop for managers within the company which everyone found to be very enjoyable. Not only are Bracher Rawlins professional, they are very approachable and welcoming.  That goes for the person who answers the phones to the very top lawyers with in the company. I enjoy working with both Choy and Lee and we have a really great working relationship. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending Bracher Rawlins services to other professionals.”
