Alex joined Bracher Rawlins as a partner in the Commercial Property department in 2022. He was formerly with SMB, a large West End firm.

Alex has over 25 years’ experience and specialises in commercial and residential property development acting for developers of residential and mixed-use property including acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing and all associated financing.

He is highly skilled in advising clients on commercial finance, including mezzanine finance.

He has an extensive knowledge of bespoke conveyancing transactions including back-to-back deals, options and land acquisitions through share transfers.

Alex also acts for landlords and tenants in relation to commercial acquisitions, disposals and re-structuring.

Alex has a talent for cutting through complex issues to provide his clients with straightforward advice.

Richard is a partner in the Commercial Property department.

He joined Bracher Rawlins when the firm was founded in 1994 and rejoined in 2015, spending most of the time in between working in the City.

Richard does mainly commercial property work for landlords and tenants, and acquisitions and disposals for investors, although his experience includes acting for developers and lenders.
