Teresa Kamppari-Baker
Teresa is a consultant to the firm’s Commercial Property department. Teresa started working with Bracher Rawlins in 2021 having previously spent 7 years in house at the John Lewis Partnership and prior to that in private practice for several city firms including Addleshaw Goddard (Legal Director) and Gowling WLG (Director).
Teresa has experience acting for developers, hotel companies, investors and retail and leisure operators and gained a wide understanding of the issues and drivers that apply to them.
Teresa has a reputation for having a proactive attitude and giving accurate yet pragmatic commercial legal advice to deliver successful outcomes and minimise risks.
