Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2000. She joined the corporate and commercial department of Bracher Rawlins in 2012 and became a partner in 2022.

Rachel advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters that may arise during the lifetime of a business, including share and asset acquisitions and disposals; equity and loan investments; corporate governance and shareholder issues; drafting and/or advising on commercial contracts. Rachel’s clients operate across diverse sectors such as video game development, design and media, manufacturing, financial investment, property development, pubs, hotels, care homes, medical/dental services through to provision of mobile engagement software and services.

Graduating from Oxford Brookes in 1996 with a degree in Law, Rachel completed her legal training at the College of Law. She has previously worked in regional firms and as a consultant providing legal services in-house and direct to clients.
